This is GEM IN I, comin atchya on the blogger here and I just wanted to put my lil 2cents about Decalo's. These guys are great! They help you reach your goal and work with you to lose weight! Now Aluv, has been a very good girl, I tell you.. Me on the other hand.. yeah.. I got a little lack o docious when it comes to staying on point in eating right. One thing I can say that has helped me is listening to Dr. Aziz saying "Stop calling it a diet" and when you fall in eating that chocolate chip cookie don't be so hard on yourself. Recognize your weakness and work hard not to fall again and make better choices. I realized that its not just about the exercise and drinking a great amount of water, but the making the right choices in what you eat! and do it in moderation lol! Well get with you soon!
