
Yes, Now this week I gotta be focused and do right, I haven't been able to attend like I wanted so I'm behind schedule in reaching my goal, the summer ends I need to have reached my goal by loosing 40 more lbs somehow!!! What I love about decalo is that they don't drag you when your down, no need for mo'pin cuz u gain a few lil pounds back, nope "GO GET ON TREADMILL AND DRINK MORE WATER AND EAT EVEN MORE HEALTHIER" Now let me tell you I love me some sweets and because I'm up late I gotta bad habit of eatin late...so
1. I need to go to bed!..lol!
2. drink more water
3 EXERCISE (I really need a partner..lol)
If I can keep up with this I'm sure I can reach my goal or get close to it..lol!
